Reminder – Grills
Remember. . .  No grilling allowed anywhere on Vantage Point property.
Vermont Fire Codes prevent grills of any kind are allowed to be used on the decks or stored in any unit or common area. A fine of $250 plus any fines charged to VPCOA will be assessed to the responsibly party for each occurrence. No combustible fuels or charcoal are to be used in any unit, nor is any combustible fuel to be stored in any unit, storage area or common area. The Board is working toward establishing a safe and approved designated grilling area for owners to use. Owners will be notified about this in the future.

Allowing Access to Your Home
In order to maintain the highest levels of security, TPW asks your cooperation for providing your guests and outside vendors access to your home. This could include furniture delivery, Comcast or cleaning services, just to name a few.

Please call TPW 802-297-9400 during regular business hours to provide authorization prior to their arrival. This ensures that your vendors or guests will be permitted access to your home. If no access authorization is in TPW's system, they will make every attempt to contact you for approval. However, if you cannot be reached they cannot allow access to your home.

Package Delivery Address
Should you wish to arrange for a package to be delivered when you are not home, you can make arrangement with TPW by using the following address:

TPW Management
Your name and Unit #
32 VT Route 30
Bondville, VT 05340

Homeowner Insurance
As a reminder, all homeowners must arrange for their own personal HO-6 policy covering their unit for items not covered under the Association's policy. This includes personal property, loss of use and rental income for your home. Should you have questions, call TPW 802-297-9400 for more information.

A note about COMCAST
As a Vantage Point owner, you have basic cable service included your HOA. If you wish to upgrade your service package or add broadband service to your home, please contact Comcast directly @ 888-633-4266. As a reminder, no holes or damage is allowed to be made to any common areas or the exterior of the buildings. To do so causes a breach of warranties and is very costly to repair (which cost will be reimbursed by the unit owner).

Parking Reminder
Each unit is allotted one parking space in front of your building.  A second space is allotted each unit opposite, facing the woods.

Noise Reminder
For the comfort and enjoyment of all, unit owners, guests and renters are required to observe quiet between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am, both outside and inside.

Hot Water Heater Upgrades
In an effort to prevent water leaks, often causing extensive damage to units, the Board has identified units which have not yet upgraded their hot water heaters within the past 20 years. The unit owners have been notified by TPW about the upgrade program offered by Central Vermont Public Service. If you have not yet upgraded your hot water heater, contact CVPS @ 800-649-2877 and speak with Betsy Ingleston.

Firewood, Fire Safety and Ash Removal
Fires should never be left unattended.  Never retire or leave your unit while with a fire is still burning!  Only when your fire is out can you close your fireplace doors tightly. FIREPLACE ASHES should never be stored on decks or placed in garbage. An ash can (marked appropriately) is located at Vantage Point dumpsters in the garbage area.

Your fireplace chimney flue was inspected this past spring. Cleaning the flues is done on an as-needed basis by your Association.

If you would like to have the ashes cleaned out of your fireplace, please call TPW at 802-297-9400 for scheduling and rates.

Firewood is located in the wood bins outside in front of each building.  This wood for use only at Vantage Point.
