Parking Lot
Repair
In
2005, the entire parking lot was paved. As part of
the ongoing maintenance the parking lot will be recoated
after the siding project is completed. The funds
for this project were approved in 2006.
Due to the damage to the parking lot from the weather,
use and snowplows it was determined that we would need
to fully resurface the existing parking lot and re-grade
it. This cost of this project is in the association
strategic financial plan.
